This services utilises e-mail and a dedicated phone line. It enables each developer to purchase an annual technical support package. Developers are allowed to ask up to 4 technical support questions on a monthly basis through the dedicated channels. Each developer can also log 1 qtrly technical request. These are fuller exploratory issues or questions that Caspian will respond to. These may include interactions with other software packages, how to do complex authoring exercises or deployment support.
